If your Direct Connect app is not working, it missing from Windows Explorer, follow these steps:
First, open Folder 📂
Go to "This PC" then go to "C Drive"
Look for Forcura, open that folder,
Then look for Direct Connect, Open Direct Connect (You can exit out of the pop-up of Direct Connect)
Go to your main screen at the taskbar at the right corner with the arrow up "^" you should see the Direct Connect app symbol.
After you see this symbol. You are able to print to Direct Connect and it will show in your Forcura Drive.
